Physician Advisor Services

Hi all - we are working on a service agreement with a physician group to provide physician advisor services at a group of hospitals.  I've been asked to describe services that we might want to utilize this group for in support of our centralized billing office.  Our team encompasses government audit management and clinical appeal support and I'm looking for some draft language to insert into service agreement. 

Generally, we'd be looking for support in reviewing records for medical necessity and patient status, assistance in education related to audit findings, assistance with developing appeals (templates & ad hoc) and representation in hearings if needed.

If anyone has similar support available, would you be able to provide any language describing the services from your contract or service agreement?
