Utilization Management
Our health system currently has a decentralized leadership structure for UM and I'm working to make the argument for this group to move towards standardization and centralization. Have any of you had experience with restructuring UM in this way and do you have standardized processes that you can share? I'd also love to hear more about your organization's journey through this type of staffing model change.
