Audit Tracking - 3rd party/external audits
Interested in hearing how others track audits received from 3rd party payors? We are looking to enhance our reporting on these types of audits and are interested in hearing what other systems are being used. Do you use your EHR? If Epic, can you provide specific info how you are doing this? Do you have homegrown Excel spreadsheets or an Access database? Or, do you use a 3rd party software for tracking?
