We are in the process of evaluating our room and board assignment criteria? I would be interested in understanding what criteria other facilities use for their room assignments (InterQual, internal, or other source)?

Check with your payer contracting department to see which criteria your payers are using i.e. InterQual vs. Millimin etc.
