Exercise Stress Test and Pharmacologic Stress Test Billing

What is the best billing practice if the patient doesn't do well on a treadmill and is converted to pharmacologic stress testing (Lexiscan)? Do we use a modifier for the aborted treadmill exercise test and also charge for the pharmacologic stress test? Thoughts?
