Q9969 rev code issue

We have Q9969 mapped to 343 mcr sent claim back saying rev code not correct should this be 636 even though this is radiology?

    Hi, Trisley. Did you resolve this question? We are having the same issue with Rev Code. Wondering if you ended up using 636, and if so, did you bill with an NDC?

    Honestly 636 and 343 should both work but yes NDC is required on outpatient claims.
