Lactation Services
Our birthing department already does lactation services prior to discharge. Many of these patients need additional education as an outpatient after discharge. What cpt codes does anyone use for outpatient lactation services/education. Do you do home visits or does the mother/baby come to the hospital as an outpatient for the service? Thank you.
