    We charge for what we do.  Some payers might limit the QTY of any CPT you can bill.  We would manage that with a claim edit, e.g. to roll QTY to 1, if they only allow 1, and keep all charges, if that were the case.

    36600 is the CPT for Arterial puncture, withdrawal of blood for diagnosis

    We take a very conservative approach. Charges drop for each venous draw per day but we have a system transformation rule that reverses all but one.
