Physical Therapy Evaluation charge with Baclofen Test?

Would it be appropriate to "unbundle" a PT evaluation (97162) and Baclofen test (62322) if given by different providers during the same hospital outpatient encounter (physical therapist and neurologist)? This does fall into the "separate provider" distinction for modifier application, however the patient would not have received the PT eval if the Baclofen test was not being administered. The eval could not stand on its own. I'd appreciate any comments and feedback. Thanks.
