Code not billable to MAC and not paid under OPPS

88291 is a code not billable to MAC and not paid under OPPS.  I have been asked if there is another code to use.  Where would I find another code for Medicare?

    I don't think there is one.  This code should be billed by the interpreting physician on a 1500 to the Part B MAC.  Hospitals cannot bill for interpretations.
