Ventalator management and nitric oxide use in NICU
We have experienced audits related to billing charges where as the payer denies charges for ventilator management daily in the NICU. In addition we are also experiencing denial of charges related to nitric oxide in the nicu. We have located documentation supporting nitric oxide for a limited number of days, about 5 days, but nothing beyond that. Anyone with experience related to the above..... resources....?
