Is anyone using this code in their hospitals or provider clinics if results are being performed by the same hospital lab?

For hospital outpatient providers, use C9803 with the -CS for the wab collection. For physician offices, use 99211 with -CS. If there is a visit, these codes do not apply (The C9803 will package into the visit and 99211 cannot be billed with an office visit)
