Anesthesia Minutes vs Level Charging

Does anyone use a flat rate for anesthesia services instead of using Minutes? Example: A level of anesthesia charge would be based on the level of surgery. A level 2 surgery would get a flat rate for level 2 anesthesia with a qty of 1 instead of 45 minutes. Level 3 surgery would get a level 3 anesthesia charge.

    We use a flat rate anesthesia charge when an anesthesiologist is brought in for services not provided in an OR suite.
