Revenue Cycle Cost to Collect Metric

Hi,

Are there any large integrated delivery systems out there that would be willing to share their cost to collect metric if this is something you track? I am looking for those that track this using the HFMA formula/definition of total revenue cycle cost/total patient service cash collected.
