RAC Baseline Additional Documentation Request (ADR) Limits

Hello,

Has anyone ever tried to validate their ADR Limits per CMS (https://www.cms.gov/Research-Statistics-Data-and-Systems/Monitoring-Programs/Medicare-FFS-Compliance-Programs/Recovery-Audit-Program/Downloads/ADR-Limits-Institutional-Provider.docx)? If so, how did you do so and what was the result? 

I have been trying validate our greatly-increased ADR Limits with downloaded PS&R data but all calculations result in much lower ADR Limits than those established for us. Would some other source work better than the PS&R?
