CPT 73225 MR ANGIO UPR EXTR W/O&W/DYE
Not much info out there to provide any guidance. I did find an article that suggested that CPT 73225 was considered to be unilateral and as such if performed twice, you would report with the XS modifier as opposed to a laterality modifier.
Can anyone advise how you are handling this in your chargemaster?
