Just wondering if anyone would be willing to share the frequency of when disclosures are being provided to patients for visits and if you ask patients to sign an acknowledgement of the diclosures.

    Yes. We are going a step above and asking patients to sign and acknowledge that we have provided them with the CMS disclosure indicating their rights under the Surprise Billing Act against balance billing. Thanks!
