Pharmacy Replenishment Programs - Workflow

Good morning-

Occaisionally our patients will qualify for free medication from a pharma company. Some of those programs are drug replacement programs, meaning we use our stock of the drug, and then then receive replacement product from the vendor.

We have to prevent billing the patient at full price, and ensure we charge only a token charge. Has anyone else ironed out a good process on this that they would be willing to share?
