Bed Charging Policy

Hi, I am a new member and work for an academic medical center. I am looking to see if anyone is willing to share a Bed Charging Policy-what is included in your inpatient price and some examples of what is not included. We, as I am sure most, receive payor denial charge audits and would like to have handy a policy to include to appeal denials.
