Looking for a model to share payer updates and charges

I am looking to speak to or if willing to share your model of how you communicate payer updates and changes - for example CIGNA publishes that they will no longer pay % of charges for revenue code 0272 and it will be bundled.  OR coding needs to understand how AENTA wants OBSV coded.  We have 4 OPPS and 4 CAH hospitals in the system and looking for a model to communicate
