Manufacturer Rebates and NTAP Payment
Team, do any of you have experience with vendors that offer rebates on medical devices that can also receive an NTAP from CMS? Can this arrangement occur?

I've never had a device that had both a rebate and an NTAP, but I would think if you were getting the device for free, you shouldn't get the NTAP payment.
