Adoptive Parent Room
Has anyone billed/charged for services for adoptive parents?
Here is the scenario, the birth mother delivers at our hospital, and the adoptive parents have their own room to allow them to bond with the infant before the infant can be discharged.
What types of services can be charged? What revenue code would be used for the room? Same as the birth mother?
