Supply and Implant Price/Mark-ups
We are an Epic client and use the Supply Mark-up tables for our OR/Procedure supplies and implants. We are currently reviewing our mark-up percentages.
Looking for some input from other facilities (Epic or not) regarding how you are setting your Supply and Implant pricing. (Note, we are currently using a $10.00 threshold, not charging for any supply with a cost of $10.00 or less)
Do you use a set mark-up percentage for all supplies? Use a range based on cost? Mark-up supplies and implants at different rates? Etc.
We appreciate any input.
