NEB performed by RN in ED - is it chargable and what revenue code

I am getting push back based on charging for NEB performed by the RN in ED based on a revenue code.  All the pertinent   documentation is available to include physician order, documentation of service along with medical necessity for said service - CPT 94630 - however I believe it requires 041X as revenue code and it is falling into the cost center for ED.

What revenue code do you use?   And does it have bearing at all in the facility cost report as it is being performed by the RN under the direction of the ED physician?

We use revenue code 410 as well.
