Home sleep study

We are interested in starting a home sleep study.  I have found the codes-95800, 95801, or  95806.  G0400, G0399, G0398, or G0397 for Medicare.  Does any one have any additional information on beginning this?  Special documentation?  Thank you.

    You want to be sure to check your MAC's website for a local coverage determination and with your non-Medicare payers regarding coverage.  Some of the payers are using the term "Out of center sleep testing" or OCST.

    I believe we have run into this service not being covered by some of our payers, Indiana Medicaid for one.  Have others had this experience?
