Benefits Exhaust - Non Med A bed

A Med A Patient exhausted benefits, remained in a Med A bed for 3 days, then was moved to a non-Med A bed. The non-Med A bed is still in the Nursing section of the Facility. It's not Assisted or Independent .. the bed is just not Medicare certified. She is still being considered 'skilled.' Can benefits exhaust claims be submitted for someone who is not in a Med A bed ?
