Blood Transfusion performed in POS 11
Hello,
Does anyone have any billing guidance for blood transfusions (36430/P9016) in a provider office such as an oncologist? The P9016 is an exempt code per PFS. Want to know if anyone else has received reimbursement for these services particularity from Medicare Part B.
