Looking for contacts with Home Health charging experience...Any help will be very appreciated.

We are seeing variances in what we charge versus what is allowable from payors.

    I have been given the cdm for our Home, Health, Hospice group. The list as of now doesn't have codes on them .Does anyone have suggestions for the HHH E&M codes?  Is there a HHH rn visit? Is there an PT, OT, or speech and language?  I would also like to see what peers are charging? Thank you so much.
