Issues with PECOS (855A)
Hello- recently while doing an update to our hospital 855A we discovered PECOs is automatically updating the location in Section 4 with incorrect information for our on or off campus departments. The section now says our on-campus locations are off campus and some of our off-campus locations now say they are on campus when we did not make any changes to this section. Our 855 person was updating the leadership info. We identified this issue in October and are not having any luck in getting this section updated. We cannot change the data in this section. We have a ticket opened but are not having any luck. Has anyone else experienced this with PECOs and your 855A?
