Hospital based SNF- Triple Check
Hello-we recently acquired a hospital based SNF and have been having discussions about the Triple Check process. I am told that the leaders in the SNF complete all coding and updates to value codes etc. Does anyone have experience with this process and do you have a team that meets monthly to audit the claims prior to submission? Does anyone have a policy or guiding principles you could share that would be great.
